Interim Finance Director - 3-Month Contract - Hybrid (Basingstoke, 2-3 Days Onsite)
We're supporting a large-scale technology business in their search for an Interim Finance Director to steer key financial operations during a period of change and strategic alignment.
This contract role offers the opportunity to influence commercial decisions, oversee compliance, and support leadership in delivering performance targets.
Key Focus Areas:
- Oversee financial reporting, controls, and month-end close
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support commercial teams with data-driven insights
- Manage credit, collections, and working capital strategies
- Ensure compliance with group, legal, and audit standards
Profile:
- Proven experience at Finance Director level
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong background in commercial finance and compliance
- Confident working in a fast-paced, product-led environment
Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)
