We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team and make a real difference to the lives of their pupils.

🧩 About the Role:

You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.

✅ Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the school's ethos and curriculum

Support pupils with diverse learning needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation

Collaborate with the wider school team, parents, and external agencies

Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement

🎯 You will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

Experience working with children or young people with SEN

A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach

Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills

A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
