Now Hiring: Contracts Manager - Height Safety Division

📍 Office-Based | 💼 Up to £60,000 + 1% Commission | 🕘 Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

📌 Candidates must be based within 90 minutes of Maldon, Essex

I am seeking an experienced and organised Contracts Manager to lead operations in our growing Height Safety Division. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of height safety projects — from initial design to installation completion — ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and quote new and retrofit height safety systems

• Carry out detailed site surveys and risk assessments

• Manage and support a team of engineers

• Coordinate scheduling and project delivery across multiple sites

• Attend client meetings and communicate project scope and progress

• Produce reports, quotations, and all required technical documentation

• Ensure all works are compliant with relevant legislation and standards

• Contribute to team development and training

Systems Managed Include:

• Horizontal and vertical cable systems

• Fixed ladders

• Handrails and guardrails

• Roof access systems

• Fall arrest and edge protection solutions

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of height safety regulations and system design

• Previous experience in contract or project management

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Confident in client communication and producing technical reports

• Must be based within 90 minutes of Maldon, Essex
