The Role

As a supply HLTA, you will:

Lead whole-class learning in the teacher's absence
Deliver planned lessons and support differentiated activities
Work with groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
Support classroom management and positive behaviour
Use your initiative to adapt to new environments with confidence

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

✔️ HLTA status or equivalent qualification
✔️ A strong understanding of the primary or secondary curriculum
✔️ Experience leading whole classes
✔️ A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
✔️ A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
