The Role

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led planning team in Edinburgh, working on high-profile developments across the commercial and energy sectors, as well as national and regional projects.

You'll be contributing to strategic planning, managing complex applications, and shaping sustainable developments that define Scotland's future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on town planning and development consultancy projects

*

Manage multi-disciplinary planning applications and appeals

*

Deliver clear planning advice to clients and project teams

*

Represent clients at hearings and public consultations

*

Support planning policy and regional frameworks

*

Contribute to the growth of the planning division

*

Ensure compliance with planning policy and statutory requirements

Requirements

*

Chartered

*

6 - 12 years' post-qualification experience

*

Experience in commercial, energy, and development planning

*

Skilled in strategic planning, masterplanning, and planning management

*

Proven ability to deliver multiple complex projects concurrently
