We have a fantastic opportunity for Administration Support to join magenta Insurance (a howden company) in Bury St Edmunds. This is a full-time office based role, supporting the New Business team.

We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this entry level role. You will be supporting the New Business team to provide clients with appropriate advice and a quality service to meet their individual insurance needs.

This position is ideal for a recent school leaver looking for their first career opportunity. We will provide you with all the training and support you need to learn our business, gain recognised industry qualifications and progress into an Account Handler role.

What you will be doing:

Assist the unit in ensuring all daily work tasks are completed within the usual time frames.
Support colleagues by providing assistance with day-to-day work while learning new processes and procedures.
Develop an understanding of the policy cover for the entire magenta product suite.
Running daily print procedures for printing and emailing documents
Creating client document packs from printed documentation ready to be issued.
Deliver excellent customer service to clientsYou need to bring with you:

Eye for detail with accurate data entry and typing skills
