Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Engineer to support our banking client's technology team. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Desk to align with Agile delivery and DevOps processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Atlassian tools to support agile workflows and reporting needs.

Integrate Jira and Confluence with DevOps toolchains and CI/CD pipelines.

*

Create and manage projects, schemes, and workflows across Atlassian tools.

*

Provide user support, manage access, and maintain training guides.

*

Plan and coordinate system upgrades and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of experience administering Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Desk.

*

Strong understanding of Agile and CI/CD processes in banking or financial services.

*

Experience integrating tools via APIs, plugins, or automation.

*

Hands-on with Git/GitHub/GitLab and scripting for bulk updates.

*

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
