At Park House, we provide high-quality care for the elderly, and we're now looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team.
This is a part-time position of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on start and finish times to help support a good work-life balance.
What you'll do:
You'll work closely with the Home Manager and play a key role in keeping our home running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering and directing phone calls
*
Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks
*
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
*
Assisting with basic accounting tasks
*
Providing general office support where needed
What we're looking for:

Confident computer skills and strong attention to detail
*
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
*
Clear written and verbal communication skills
*
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
