£40,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

We're seeking a skilled Refrigeration Service Engineer to join our team, supporting a range of commercial refrigeration clients across the Leicester-Northampton area.

This role offers long-term stability, a friendly team environment, and benefits designed to reward your commitment — including door-to-door paid travel and enhanced overtime rates.

What's on Offer:

* 💰 Base Salary: £40,000

* 🕒 Door-to-Door Paid Travel

* 🚐 Company Van (with private use allowed)

* ⏱️ Overtime Pay:

* Rate 1 - paid for hours beyond your core 40-hour week

* Rate 2 - paid for work after midnight, on Sundays, or on Bank Holiday Mondays

* 🌴 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

* 🏦 Company Pension

About You:

* Experienced in commercial refrigeration service and maintenance

* Based between Leicester and Northampton (or within easy reach)

* Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused

* Full UK driving licence
