We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join a dedicated maintenance team, working across domestic properties in a mobile role. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a competitive hourly rate and great working hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, with additional skills in decorating and general property maintenance considered advantageous.

* Use job management software to log completed work and maintain accurate job records

* Deliver a professional, courteous service while representing the company on-site

Requirements:

* 3-5 years' experience in property maintenance (5+ years preferred)

* Strong joinery background is essential

* Painting and decorating skills highly desirable

* Valid UK driving licence required

* Confident with multi-trade tasks and maintenance troubleshooting

* Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach

* Able to use job management software (training provided if required)

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload effectively
