Hospitality Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

Salary: £35,000 DOE + Commission

We're looking for a proven Hospitality Recruitment Consultant who knows how to bill, build relationships, and deliver, without being micromanaged.

This is a fully remote position, so you must be self-motivated, focused, and commercially sharp. If you need constant direction or struggle to manage your own time, this won't be the right fit.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on permanent placements (approx. 70%) alongside temporary recruitment (approx. 30%).

You will be responsible for:

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle

Winning new business and developing existing client relationships

*

Sourcing, interviewing and placing hospitality professionals

*

Managing temporary workers when required

*

Consistently billing and working toward revenue targets

*

Maintaining high service levels for both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

This is non-negotiable:

Proven experience in hospitality recruitment

*

A strong billing history (you will be asked about performance)

Experience managing both permanent and temporary desks

*

Confidence in business development and client management

*

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

*

Highly organised, focused and commercially driven

You must be proactive, resilient and results-focused. We want someone switched on, who understands margins, urgency, and the pace of hospitality recruitment.
