Project Manager - Reactive Maintenance, Fit-Outs & Refurbishments

Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire (On-site)

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for our client due to continued success and expansion.

Duties will include:

  • Attend Client Facing project requirement, scope of works meetings
  • Undertake detailed site surveys
  • Create accurate project estimates, labour/resource breakdowns, B of Q’s etc
  • Develop full project programs using tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel or equivalent
  • Attend pre-start client meetings
  • Lead project delivery teams and subcontractors on-site
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within scope and on budget
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders and internal departments
  • Provide progress updates and resolve project issues proactively
  • Ensure works are carried out in compliance with company standards

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in interiors and refurbishments.
  • Experience conducting site surveys
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to prepare detailed project estimates
  • Experience creating project programs and managing end-to-end delivery
  • Valid SMSTS and First Aid certifications
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of construction practices and relevant health & safety legislation
  • Full UK Driving Licence
