General Manager

We're seeking a hands-on and driven General Manager to lead daily operations at our Chesterfield-based client. You'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee factory operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and production targets are met.

* Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve processes.

* Lead, motivate, and support a skilled workforce, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.

* Manage budgets, monitor performance, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, representing the business at meetings and events.

About You:

* Proven leadership experience within manufacturing (textiles or bespoke products preferred).

* Strong operational, financial, and people management skills.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a “can-do” attitude.

* Knowledge of production processes, supply chain management, and quality control.

The Role:

* Based at Chesterfield site.

* 42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (08:00am - 17:00pm).

* £40,000 per annum.
