As a Business Development Manager in the IT industry, you will focus on identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships to drive sales. This role in Wantage requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to deliver results in a competitive market.
This position is a 50/50 split of both New Business Acquisition and Account Development of existing partners. You will mainly be concentrating on one of their main vendors.

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager include:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and present tailored proposals to meet client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.Profile
The successful Business Development Manager will have:
Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within IT/Tech.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
