CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Assistance in management of Farmers and fields.

* Assistance in management of Harvesting contractors.

* Assisting in management of building and yard areas.

* Supporting Estate manager in operation of estate.

* Supporting Operations Director in factory processes.

* Day to day running of distillery process.

* Preparation and maintenance of boiler/steam system for distillery.

* Estate/Grower/Harvesting Contractor administration.

* Field inspections and issuing field reports to growers.

* Health and safety and environmental committee member.

* Liaise with growers, agronomist and harvesting contractor about harvest schedule.

* Documentation and administration of seed, new fields, and new growers.

* Follow legislation regarding pesticide regulations and approvals.

* Monitoring of spray programs.

* Creation of harvest schedule weekly throughout season.

* Assessment of suitability for proposed fields.

* Stock keeping, packaging for delivery, paperwork/administrative work for chamomile.

* Collection of farm assurance certificates from growers.
