Job Title: IT Account Manager

Location: Frome - Hybrid

Salary: £27k - £30k

The Job

As the IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service levels are achieved in delivering IT Services and Solutions. Your other responsibilities will include but will not be limited to.

Organize quarterly client reviews with the client senior management team.
Responsible for delivering customer service of the highest standard.
Support the technical team by collecting the information required to provide cost-effective, quality-driven IT solutions.
Generate proposals for projects and for delivery to customers.

About You

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. The IT Account Manager will have a high level of IT literacy and a passion for technology and how it can be used to enhance business performance. You will also have 2 years' + of work experience in Account Management or Customer Service.
