Our client, a reputable Volume Main Dealer in Indian Queens, is seeking a skilled MOT Technician to join their busy and professional team. Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and routine servicing following manufacturer standards
Perform MOT testing for qualified Technicians or support in training towards obtaining an MOT licence
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through precision workmanship
Complete repairs and servicing within established timeframes
Keep detailed and accurate service records in accordance with company procedures
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet workshop targets
Adhere to safety and quality standards at all timesRequirements for the MOT Technician position:

Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester in a busy workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, complemented by technical competence
Full UK driving licence; personnel with problematic convictions should be avoided.
Possession of an MOT certification or willingness to undertake training to achieve MOT licence
Capable of working efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
