Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Property Paralegal or Solicitor

* Assisting fee earners with agricultural and commercial property matters, including transactions and renewable energy schemes.

* Conducting legal research and drafting a variety of legal documents including contracts, transfers, and lease agreements.

* Preparing Land Registry applications and managing all post-completion formalities.

* Carrying out property searches, analysing results, and preparing reports to support fee earners and clients.

* Managing professional and timely client correspondence.

* Organising and maintaining accurate client files and records.

* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards.

* Providing general administrative support to the wider team.

Requirements for the Commercial Property Paralegal or Solicitor

* Previous experience in a similar property paralegal role is highly desirable.

* Strong understanding of commercial and/or agricultural property law.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

* A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
