Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

The purpose of this role is to support the Specialist Clinical Recruiters in identifying qualified candidates within the clinical and healthcare sector, and supporting their journey through the recruitment process.

What you'll be doing as a Clinical Resourcer:

  • Screening applications and CV database searching, sharing shortlists of qualified candidates with the Clinical Recruiters.
  • Building and managing candidate pipelines for current and future hiring.
  • Overseeing job advertisement placement and collaborating with the Recruitment Marketing Specialist to maintain consistent external advertising.
  • Ensuring equitable and prompt treatment of all candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing scheduling, feedback, and inquiries, as well as providing updates to champion the candidate experience.

To qualify for this role, you will need to:

  • Have previous experience of sourcing candidates within the clinical or healthcare sector.
  • Possess strong candidate sourcing and candidate management skills with experience in candidate onboarding processes.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced recruitment team and be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills and be comfortable working under pressure.
