About the Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll take the reins on large-scale RC Frame and Groundwork projects, managing budgets from £5m-£10m and ensuring commercial success from tender to final account. Working closely with the operations team, you'll oversee cost planning, contract management, valuations, and forecasting, all while being supported by an experienced commercial team.

What You'll Need

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

* Experience with a Groundworks or RC Frame subcontractor

* Confident managing full project commercial lifecycle

* Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
