Systems Development Specialist

We are searching for a for a Systems Development Specialist for a global client.

In this role you will provide oversight & administration of the technology systems like CRM, DocuSign etc.

Responsibilities will involve: data loading, data administration & analysis, report compilation, user access administration etc.

You will take ownership of the development roadmap & configuration of technology solutions.

Another key responsibility will be identifying areas for improvement in the CRM and leading the CRM development strategy.

You will provide support to customers and work closely on the strategy for the system and projects.

You may also mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement across systems.

For this role you should

• Have some stakeholder management experience
• Have experience managing and administering reporting systems
• Be able to provide insights & recommendations on data analysis & system usage
• Have experience training delivery, particularly systems and process training
• Have experience with I.T. solutions
