Grounds Maintenance Manager

Location: Wade Road Depot, Basingstoke, RG24 8PL

Start Date: ASAP                                               

Contract Duration: 6+ Month

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week                         

Pay Rate: £ 38.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the grounds maintenance team for up to 6 months.

Ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on quality service.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Adapt quickly to new systems and processes.

Conduct site visits as required.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Qualification in horticulture or a related field.

Experience managing a large grounds maintenance team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Full driving license.

Nice to Have

Interest in making a positive impact, even in a short-term role.
