Fire Alarm Service Engineer

Salary range: £36,000 – £38,000 (DOE)Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On the Road

One to One Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer on behalf of a well-established, family run Fire & Security provider operating across Essex and London. Key Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining, and carrying out remedial works on a range of fire alarm systems
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently
• Providing technical support and excellent customer communication
• Completing accurate service reports and maintaining documentation
• Supporting reactive call-outs when required

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven fire alarm servicing experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication, organisation, and customer-service skills
• Good understanding of fire alarm system principles
• Strong record-keeping and working IT knowledge
• ECS or CSCS card (advantageous)
