Position: Complex Care and Support Worker

Location: BD16, Bingley

Hours: Part time

Summary:

Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a UK based homecare provider supporting clients with all clinical and non clinical care needs.

They are currently looking for dedicated, responsible and attentive Care and Support Workers in and around the Bingley area.

The client you will be supporting is a young girl, who has a learning disability, Autism, sight and hearing impairment, epilepsy, a tracheostomy and PEG in situ and receives overnight humidified air therapy. You will be responsible for: tracheostomy care, overnight humified air therapy, gastronomy care and feeding, medication administration, continence care, bowel management, seizure control and management, care/ use of cochlear device, and some mobility support.

A part of your role will include accompanying her to college too.

Shifts:

7am-5pm 3 days per week (days to be confirmed)

Requirments:

The ideal candidate will have:

Relevant experience to fulfil the clients full care needs

Right to work in the UK

Happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check or provide one if on the update service

Willing to travel to Leeds for training
