Currently we are recruiting for several Patient Services Representatives to work for a large health services call center environment in Queensbury NY. These are full time positions, and there are multiple shifts available across the hours of 10:30am - 7:30pm. Four weeks of training for this position will take place with an earlier shift, requiring near perfect attendance for about 4 weeks.
The primary job duties will be answering patient phone calls and assisting with their medical bills. You will be interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. You will learn how to and then assist with the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc. You may also schedule field service repair calls, handle requests for additional company materials, maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems.
