- Handling incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries
- Responding with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics
- Supporting functional areas including Cash Management products and services, Client website and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries
- High school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of call center experience
