I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a temporary basis in Grimsby. We are looking for someone to start ASAP with a minimum duration of 2 months Hourly rate:£8.58 Hours of work: 40 hours per week 9-5 Key Responsibilities: - Greet visitors to the newly refurbished town centre offices ensuring they are directed to correct department - Ensure the correct security and health safety procedures are followed for all visitors such as visitors passes and signing in and out of a visitors book - Carry out a variety of general administrative tasks to support the head of development, to include but not limited to, answering the telephone, scanning documents and entering information into a database - Ensure the best use of meeting space is achieved and that all meeting spaces are presented in a professional manner - Process incoming and outgoing mail Skills required: - As the first point of contact for the business you will have previous experience of working in an office environment, with frontline customer services experience - Experience of general administration - Excellent customer service skills - Excellent communication skills both verbally and written - Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook If you are interested in this role and have the experience required, please either apply online or call Clodagh on (Apply online only) --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
