We are seeking a professional and motivated Mandarin-speaking New Homes Sales Consultant to join a market-leading, high-end developer on one of their flagship developments in Shepherd's Bush. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a prestigious brand, supporting their international sales team with viewings and client interactions.

Location: Shepherd's Bush, London
Rate: £14-£15 per hour + holiday pay
Contract: Part-time, 2-3 days per week (September with potential to extend into October)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings for international clients, ensuring a polished and professional experience.
Build rapport with prospective buyers, providing detailed information about the development and surrounding area.
Support the sales team with administrative duties, follow-up calls, and preparing sales documentation.
Represent the brand to the highest standard, maintaining the developer's reputation for quality and excellence.
Assist in progressing sales and liaising with the wider sales and marketing teams.
Experience Required
Previous property or new homes sales experience is essential.
Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Confident presenting to high-net-worth clients and handling enquiries with professionalism.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Well-presented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
