We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated Deputy Head Teacher who can act up to Head of School to join the newly established leadership team. This is a really exciting opportunity to be part of shaping our culture, ethos, and approach right from the beginning and to make a difference for the children that we will teach. This is a role which combines strategic development with operational delivery on a daily basis.

Positive Behaviour Support and Person-Centred approaches will be of paramount importance and you will be able to contribute to the continued strategic and operational development of this.

As a member of the school leadership team, you will play a critical role in the translation of its vision into clear objectives that promote and sustain measurable school development; ensuring that the school continuously improves and is aspirational for our students.

You will have responsibility for the defined area of School improvement.

Previous experience with children and young people with additional needs environment at any age is desirable but full training and support will be given. We also welcome applications from colleagues who have experience of teaching core subjects.
