- The hours of work are:
- 08.00am till 16:00pm
- The rate of pay is: £14.78 per hour
Main Responsibilities: Our Maintenance Operative are an essential part of our site team.
Your key responsibilities will be to work within a team to:
- General painting as and when required
- General carpentry tasks as and when required.
- To assist as and when required ensuring the grounds around the site are maintained
- As and when required collect 'parts' required by engineering from offsite
- General building maintenance
- You will need to work within a manner that complies with all Health and Safety requirements
- Assist engineers/electricians as and when required
- Be able to work as a team member as well as on your own.
Ideal Candidate: As our Maintenance Operative you will:
- Has experience in a previous role of general DIY duties
- Able to plan and organise own workload
- Work unsupervised to the standards set by supervisor
- Effective communicator
- Good understanding of English
- Clean UK licence
