We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Bell Social Care. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing suitably trained candidates with our valued clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding environment where your skills and efforts will directly impact the success of our clients and candidates.

Job role

Resourcing primary carers and nurses through various methods, Cold calling/Job boards/Socials

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies

Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment

Advertising vacancies by drafting regularly updating and placing adverts in a range of media, such as job boards, social media etc

Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships

Headhunting by identifying and approaching suitable candidates who already work in the uk in the northwest.

Interviewing and informing candidates about the results of their interviews

Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy

Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client

Requesting then verifying references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client

Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question

Preparing candidate profiles and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants

Organising shadow and induction shifts for staff with clients

Offering advice and organising and enrolling candidates for training, for career progression

Ensuring Enhanced DBS, RTW checks, and internal audit criteria are met to maintain compliance.

Working towards and exceeding KPI's related to the number of candidates employed and placed

Uploading candidates to our online platform

Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and development of effective recruitment strategies.

Conducting pre-interview screening with candidates over the telephone and video calls.

Overseeing the candidate journey from start to finish, managing the candidate tracking system and keeping accurate records of all recruitment activity.

Administrative duties that include (but are not limited to) CV editing, compilation of written feedback / references, job adverts.

About you

* Minimum of 12 moths experience in a similar role.

* As a natural communicator, you can build rapport.
