Our client is based in central St Albans and are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their in-house team.
Role
- Customer service support on both phone and emails
- Updating the in-house system
- Dealing with correspondence to and from clients
- Reporting
- Working to regulatory requirements
- Adhering to SLA's
- General admin
Ideal Candidate
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Experience in a regulated environment would also be desirable.
