Our client is seeking a passionate Second in Department for Psychology and Sociology for a well-regarded grammar school located in Essex.

This is a full-time position starting in September 2025. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and developing the Psychology and Sociology provision across the school, working closely with senior leadership to drive standards and innovation. Experience and Qualifications

• QTS and experience teaching Psychology and Sociology at KS3-KS5

• Previous experience in a leadership or middle leadership role is highly desirable
