Production Operators - Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available

TeamJobs are urgently hiring Production Operators for our busy manufacturing client in Poole!
We have two shift options available:
🕒 Shift 1 - Weekday Shift:
* Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm
* Pay rate: £12.50 per hour
🕒 Shift 2 - Sunday Shift (rotating weekly):
* Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00am-7:00pm
* Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00am-7:00pm
* Pay rate: £12.50 per hour & £15.00 per hour on Sundays!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operator, reporting to the Production Supervisors, your duties will include:
- Operating production machinery and assembling goods
- Manual handling and repetitive tasks (e.g., moving goods, cleaning machines)
- Rewinding, labelling, and packaging products
- Mixing/blending raw materials
- Supporting machine setters and quality checks
- Organising goods in/out and storage areas
- Completing production documentation
- Maintaining equipment
✅ About You:
- Experienced in manufacturing or production environments
- Experience working with extruders
- Forklift licence (advantageous)
