About the Company
Our client is a well-established RC Frame and Groundwork contractor based in London, operating exclusively across the capital and surrounding areas. With a turnover in excess of £100 million, they've built a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-value packages on London-based Civil, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Residential schemes. Project values typically range from £5 million to £15 million, with a consistently busy pipeline across Zones 1-6 and beyond.

About the Role
Due to sustained growth and a strong order book, there's an immediate need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial team on major groundwork and concrete frame projects across London. You'll be working on fast-paced, technically demanding packages ranging from £5 million to £20 million. This role involves full commercial responsibility — managing CVRs, developing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably and on solid financial footing.

About the Requirements

* Strong experience with a civil engineering or RC Frame & Groundworks contractor, ideally on London-based schemes

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a QS role

* Familiar with the demands of delivering work in the capital — logistics, tight sites, fast programmes

* Confident communicator, commercially driven, and able to work independently
