Streamline Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Transport Planner based in Earls Colne on behalf of a fantastic client. You will be responsible for operational planning of the fleet, ensuring efficient service delivery to customers and meeting service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and schedule transport operations, ensuring compliance with Drivers' Hours legislation.

* Support planning and delivery of water services, both planned and reactive.

* Book travel arrangements and manage charges to minimise penalties.

* Liaise with drivers, internal teams, and clients in a professional manner.

* Support commercial enquiries, job specifications, and quoting processes.

* Prepare detailed work instructions for field technicians.

* Manage customer or public complaints related to service delivery.

* Act as primary contact for Emergency Response requests outside of hours.

* Allocate vehicles and drivers to tasks, ensuring efficient and time-critical service delivery.

What we're looking for:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in HGV Transport Logistics.

* Ability to manage multiple incidents and prioritise effectively.

* Previous experience working in a fast paced environment.

£35-40k salary + a wide range of benefit!

You will be working within the operations team on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern across Days, Mid shifts, and Nights. ( 10 hr shifts).
