Are you a driven Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the Construction and Utilities industry?

What You'll Be Doing

* Recruitment across the utilities and construction sector

* Winning new business through proactive sales and lead generation

* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates

* Managing and expanding client accounts

* Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires

* Overseeing training and managing workforce matrices

* Working to and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in labour supply recruitment

* Strong business development and sales skills

* Excellent communication and account management abilities
