Direct Response Employment Services are looking to fill role as Mill Packing Operative for our client in Melksham on a temporary to permanent basis.

Role Description:
You will be trained to take responsibility for running our packing line machinery to achieve maximum efficiency without compromising on quality and reporting directly to the production manager.
* Prepare packing line as instructed.
* Organise self in preparation of essential production line tasks ensuring all materials , equipment needed has been collected in good time.
* Pack, Label and stack products.
* Complete packing working correctly and accurately.
* Ensure stock is stored correctly.
* Operate mill machinery and equipment including bagging.
* Report any defects to the production manager.
Experience / Qualifications:
* Knowledge of preventive maintenance and maintenance practices.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Counter balance FLT Licence is desirable
* Experience operating machinery is a plus.
* Full training given.
