Water Hygiene Engineer - Manchester

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing compliance specialist known for delivering high-quality water hygiene and safety services across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work they're now looking to bring a Water Hygiene Engineer into their Manchester-based team.

Role Overview:

As a Water Hygiene Engineer you'll carry out a wide range of PPM tasks and remedial duties across commercial sites. Working with a supportive team and equipped with everything you need you'll be a key player in helping clients stay compliant and safe. You'll also have access to training pathways into Risk Assessment, Remedial Plumbing or Team Lead roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Temperature monitoring and water sampling

*

Showerhead descales and TMV servicing

*

Water tank cleans and disinfections

*

Minor plumbing tasks (if trained)

*

Accurate record-keeping and completion of site logbooks

*

Working to L8 and HSG274 guidelines

What We're Looking For:

*

Previous experience in a Water Hygiene or Water Treatment role

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong communication and time management skills

*

Understanding of water safety compliance standards

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Bonus: Any plumbing, Legionella or Risk Assessment training
