A warm and welcoming Residential Care Home near Rye is currently looking for Senior Care Assistants to join their dedicated team. We are seeking strong Senior Care Assistants with previous care experience to join the dedicated care team and assist residents with daily living.

This is a beautiful 20 bedded Care Home which specialises in elderly care and is rated 'GOOD' in all areas in their CQC report. They pride themselves on offering person centered care, maximising each individuals potential for health improvement and promoting a positive sense of self-worth. The aim is for residents to relax and enjoy a stress free future, enjoying the time to follow their current and new pursuits' in surroundings which are comfortable and safe but ensure people are supported to live the life the choose with independence, choice and dignity.

Key details

• Full time, permanent Senior Care Assistant role
  

• 36+ hours per week, Alternate weekends

• £12.50 per hour

• Paid breaks!!

• Shifts are 7:00am-7:00pm

• Free, on-site parking
  

Immediate starts are possible and some part time roles are also available if preferred.

HCA roles are also available at the home if these would be of interest.

Senior Care Assistant Duties:

• To supervise and participate in the delivery of care to residents
  

• To provide leadership and support to the care staff

• Update and review care plans

• Administer medication

• Shift leading Requirements:
  

• Previous experience within a nursing/residential home as a Senior HCA or Care Team Leader
  

* Medication trained

*NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
