Key Duties:

Manage all on-site operations for large industrial new builds and refurbishments, from groundworks to handover.

Lead, motivate, and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.

Implement and enforce stringent health and safety protocols, fostering a zero-incident culture.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate execution of works.

Proactively identify and resolve site-related issues, maintaining project momentum.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client specifications.

Requirements:

Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale industrial construction projects (e.g., warehouses, manufacturing plants, logistics hubs).

Strong understanding of industrial construction methodologies, including M&E integration.

*

SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work certifications are essential.

Demonstrable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
