Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

My client are a well-established medium sized main contractor based in Surrey.
They specialise in the delivery of high standard residential, commercial, education and community and projects predominantly in London and the Home Counties.

They undertake new build, refurbishment, and complex restoration of listed buildings, with contract values ranging up to £10m.
They are a well-respected business with almost no staff turnover, and the vast majority of their work comes from repeat business or recommendation, which is a testament to how well they operate as a company, and the quality of service they provide.

Due to further new project wins, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This position offers genuine progression to develop into a Commercial Director in the future.
My client are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record and stable career history, with the ability to oversee up to 3 projects at any one time.
