Are you an experienced Site Manager with an engineering mindset looking for your next long-term move?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist civil engineering contractor delivering complex underground and tunnelling projects across the UK with a huge order book already confirmed for 2026 and genuine plans for growth.

The Role
- You'll be taking charge of major projects valued up to £10 million, working on some of the most technically interesting civil and trenchless schemes in the country.
- Based initially in the Wessex region, you'll be part of a high-performing delivery team that travels nationwide, managing challenging infrastructure works from the ground up.
- You'll have the autonomy to run your sites the right way supported by a business that values engineering excellence, safety, and long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For
- Proven Site Manager with a strong engineering or technical background.
- Experience on civil, tunnelling, shaft, or trenchless projects (up to ~£10m).
- Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Confident communicator who enjoys variety and nationwide travel.
- Forward-thinking, organised, and committed to doing things properly.

The Package
- Salary £60,000 - £65,000
