Community Service Lead
Venn Group are working with a London based Community trust who are looking for an interim 8b Service lead until they recruit into the role substantively.
Rate: 8b £300-£340 inside ir35
Length: 3 months +
Location: London with flexible days to work remotely
The Service Lead is a key management role and is responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of services including the management of staff and budgets.
The main aims are to provide timely, efficient and effective operational service management for their service, ensuring that these services are responsive and innovative
The post holder will also lead on projects to improve service delivery and patient experience.
The post holder will also develop services in the borough in partnership with commissioners, other statutory agencies, the independent sector, service users and carers.
They will ensure the delivery of high quality care and maximise the use of available resources, meeting financial and other corporate targets.
The post holder will be responsible for a portfolio of services including contributing to the strategic management and development of Long Term conditions services across the Borough.
