A fast-growing drainage company is expanding in West Sussex — and we're looking for a reliable, experienced Drainage Engineer to join the team and support key sites across the region.

This is a hands-on field role working across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure environments. You'll be responsible for a range of drainage and pump works and will have the support of an experienced team, with plenty of long-term progression available.

Your Role Will Include:

Carrying out CCTV drainage surveys, fault diagnosis and reporting
Completing reactive and planned drainage works on commercial and industrial systems
Installing and maintaining pump systems (wastewater, submersible, sewage, booster)
Supporting small civils tasks such as chambers, trenching and pipework
Ensuring safe, compliant delivery and reporting of all on-site works
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working with drainage and/or pump systems
Confident with CCTV drainage surveys and reporting
Full UK driving licence
Based in West Sussex or surrounding areas
Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or in a small team
