TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a regional construction contractor operating across the Southern and central parts of the UK, including Essex, Kent, Cambridge and Peterborough on a permanent basis.

Due to significant project wins, this well-established construction business is looking to bolster its operational team with the addition of an experienced Projects Manager to work on multi room/accommodation projects including extensions and repurposing of existing spaces. Typical projects will be timber frame extensions and repurposing of bar and restaurant areas.

The Role

Multi Project role
Establish successful working relationships with site managers and project teams
Manage clients' expectations, chair meetings and update on progress
Programme management and creation
The Person

Experience in a project manager role within construction
Good IT skills
Organised and professional
Good communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
ProCure experience would be beneficial
