We are recruiting on behalf of a respected contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the curtain walling and glazing teams on a key project in Leeds. This is a contract role requiring a hands-on professional with a solid track record in fit-out and refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate curtain walling and glazing subcontractors on-site

*

Ensure health & safety compliance, quality standards, and project deadlines are met

*

Liaise with project and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery

*

Manage daily operations and site logistics

*

Oversee elements of both fit-out and refurbishment works

Requirements:

Proven experience managing curtain walling and glazing teams

*

Strong background in both fit-out and refurbishment projects

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White card), and First Aid certifications

*

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

*

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of site activities
