You will join a supportive and collaborative team who work closely across marketing and product functions.
The Role In this role, you will: * Build, activate, and optimise paid social, display, and video campaigns. * Use performance data to refine creative, targeting, and delivery strategies. * Report on campaign performance and share clear recommendations with stakeholders. * Manage activity against KPI and budget expectations. * Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality assets and campaign execution. * Support the evaluation of channel effectiveness and contribute ideas to improve performance.
Your Skills and Experience You will bring: * Strong commercial experience in paid social and an understanding of programmatic marketing. * A solid foundation in digital marketing and how paid channels fit within the wider media mix. * Confidence interpreting data, drawing insights, and communicating results clearly.* Excellent organisation and attention to detail. * Proficiency with Excel for analysis and reporting. * A collaborative, proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
