EYFS 1:1 SEN Support - Blackburn

Hours: 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM
Contract Type: 6-week placement

We are recruiting for a nurturing and experienced Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in EYFS at a primary school in Blackburn. The child requires additional support to access learning and daily routines, and the successful candidate will play a key role in their development.

Applicants must have:

A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
A minimum of 6 months experience in a classroom setting
Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in EYFS
Patience, empathy, and a child-centred approachThis is a 6-week placement with the potential for extension depending on school needs.

Safeguarding & Application Requirements:
All applicants will undergo an Enhanced DBS Check, reference checks, and any necessary overseas police clearances (if applicable) in line with safeguarding policies.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment, including explanations for any gaps.
Legal right to work in the UK and be willing to attend a registration interview.
