Location: Redhill, Surrey Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time OnlySalary: Competitive, based on experience

You’ll play a key role in maintaining consistency, building trust, and helping students re-engage with learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Step in to lead lessons when teachers are absent
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
• Deliver tailored interventions and learning support
• Build strong, therapeutic relationships with students
• Be a calm, reliable presence in a dynamic environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with young people in education or care
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• Empathy, resilience, and a sense of humour
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
